Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review curriculum plans in accordance with CBSE guidelines and learning objectives.

• Design subject-wise learning materials, lesson plans and instructional resources.

• Ensure curriculum content is age-appropriate, engaging and aligned with academic standards.

• Collaborate with teachers and academic coordinators to improve teaching strategies.

• Integrate innovative teaching methods and activity-based learning approaches.

• Review textbooks, worksheets, assessments and other academic resources.

• Monitor curriculum implementation and recommend improvements based on feedback.

• Stay updated with changes in educational policies, CBSE guidelines and teaching practices.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant subject.

• B.Ed. or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred.

• Knowledge of CBSE curriculum frameworks and academic planning.

• Strong research, content development and instructional design skills.

• Excellent written communication and coordination abilities.

• Relevant experience in curriculum planning, academic content development or teaching will be an advantage.
