Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify students' individual learning needs and provide appropriate educational support.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), wherever required.

• Adapt teaching materials and classroom activities to suit different learning abilities.

• Support students with learning difficulties and developmental or other special needs.

• Monitor student progress and maintain confidential assessment records.

• Coordinate with parents, classroom teachers, and school management to ensure consistent support.

• Promote an inclusive, respectful, and supportive learning environment.

Eligibility & Skills

• Relevant qualification in Special Education, such as B.Ed. Special Education or an equivalent recognized qualification.

• Valid RCI registration, wherever applicable to the role.

• Knowledge of inclusive education practices and special teaching strategies.

• Patience, empathy, communication, and student-handling skills.

• Previous experience in a school or special education setting will be preferred.
