Academic & Administrative Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic planning, curriculum implementation, and teaching schedules.

• Monitor classroom activities and support teachers in improving instructional practices.

• Review lesson plans, academic records, assessments, and student progress.

• Coordinate examinations, academic meetings, and school-level educational programmes.

• Provide guidance and support to teachers regarding curriculum delivery and classroom management.

• Identify learning gaps and help develop strategies for improving student performance.

• Maintain coordination among teachers, school leadership, students, and parents.

• Ensure academic activities are conducted according to institutional guidelines.

Qualifications & Professional Competencies

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject discipline.

• B.Ed. or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Relevant teaching experience with academic coordination or leadership exposure.

• Strong understanding of curriculum planning, assessment, and educational practices.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and team management skills.

• Ability to analyse academic performance and support continuous improvement.
