Principal Responsibilities

• Teach primary-level subjects according to the prescribed curriculum.

• Prepare daily lesson plans, classroom activities, and learning resources.

• Use child-friendly teaching methods to make lessons interesting and effective.

• Strengthen students' reading, writing, numeracy, and communication abilities.

• Conduct class tests, assignments, and regular assessments.

• Track individual learning progress and provide additional support where required.

• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation with the required teacher-training qualification as prescribed under applicable NCTE and recruitment norms.

• CTET qualification, wherever applicable under the relevant recruitment rules.

• Sound understanding of primary-level subjects and teaching methods.

• Good communication and classroom management abilities.

• Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.

• Previous primary teaching experience will be preferred.
