Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Competencies

• Relevant qualification or certification in Montessori Education or Early Childhood Education.

• NTT, Montessori Diploma, or equivalent training preferred.

• Understanding of child development and activity-based teaching.

• Good communication and classroom management skills.

• Patient, caring, and creative approach towards young learners.

• Previous Montessori or preschool teaching experience will be an advantage.
