Teaching Responsibilities

• Introduce young learners to basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, and shapes.

• Plan engaging classroom activities using stories, rhymes, games, and creative exercises.

• Develop children's language, communication, motor, and social skills.

• Create a safe, cheerful, and encouraging classroom environment.

• Observe children's learning progress and provide individual attention.

• Encourage good habits, discipline, confidence, and independent learning.

• Maintain classroom materials and student progress records.

• Communicate with parents about children's activities and development.

Qualifications & Essential Skills

• Graduate degree with relevant early childhood education training preferred.

• NTT, D.El.Ed., Montessori, or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative, caring, and patient approach towards young children.

• Ability to conduct activity-based and child-centred lessons.

• Previous experience in pre-primary teaching will be preferred.
