Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise students and monitor their daily hostel routines.

• Maintain discipline, safety, cleanliness, and proper conduct within the hostel.

• Ensure students follow scheduled timings for meals, study, recreation, and rest.

• Address students' concerns and provide necessary guidance and support.

• Maintain hostel attendance, visitor registers, and other administrative records.

• Coordinate with school management, teachers, parents, and support staff.

• Monitor hostel facilities and report maintenance or safety concerns.

• Respond appropriately to emergencies and ensure timely assistance for students.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in hostel or residential administration is preferred.

• Good communication, leadership, and student-management abilities.

• Strong organisational skills and a responsible approach to duty.

• Ability to handle student-related concerns with patience and sensitivity.

• Knowledge of basic safety, hygiene, and hostel management procedures.

• Previous experience as a Hostel Warden in a school or residential institution will be an advantage.
