Teaching Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons in primary-level subjects as per the prescribed curriculum.

• Prepare daily lesson plans, classroom assignments, worksheets, and teaching aids.

• Use interactive activities and practical examples to improve student understanding.

• Develop children's reading, writing, numerical, and communication abilities.

• Conduct regular assessments and maintain academic progress records.

• Provide additional guidance to students who need learning support.

• Encourage discipline, participation, creativity, and positive classroom behaviour.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed., or B.Ed., as applicable under recruitment norms.

• CTET or relevant TET qualification, wherever required.

• Strong subject knowledge and a clear understanding of primary education.

• Good communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to use child-centred and activity-based teaching methods.

• Previous teaching experience in Classes I to V will be preferred.
