Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and networking infrastructure.

• Monitor internet connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, and other IT resources.

• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Provide technical assistance to teachers, administrative staff, and students.

• Maintain school ERP systems, digital records, and data backups.

• Ensure system security, antivirus protection, and safe handling of institutional data.

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of IT equipment.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system administration.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, MS Office, and school management software.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical problems.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

• Previous IT support or administration experience in an educational institution will be preferred.
