Work Responsibilities

• Assist subject teachers in conducting science practicals and laboratory demonstrations.

• Arrange apparatus, chemicals, specimens, and other materials before practical sessions.

• Maintain laboratory equipment, stock registers, and inventory records.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of laboratory materials.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory.

• Help students use laboratory equipment safely under teacher supervision.

• Inform the concerned authorities about damaged equipment or material requirements.

Desired Qualification & Skills

• Graduate or diploma in Science or a relevant technical field is preferred.

• Basic understanding of laboratory instruments and safety procedures.

• Computer knowledge for maintaining records and inventory.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work cooperatively with teachers and school staff.

• Previous experience in a school or educational laboratory will be an advantage.
