What the Role Involves

• Plan and conduct fun-filled activities involving rhymes, stories, games, art, and crafts.

• Support children's early development in language, motor skills, creativity, and social interaction.

• Introduce basic concepts such as numbers, colours, shapes, and alphabets.

• Maintain a cheerful, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment.

• Encourage good habits, independence, sharing, and positive behaviour.

• Observe children's learning progress and share feedback with parents.

• Coordinate with other teachers and school staff for classroom activities and events.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification of 10+2 or graduation; relevant early childhood education training is preferred.

• NTT, Montessori, or ECCE certification will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Caring attitude, patience, creativity, and a positive approach towards children.

• Ability to organise engaging play-based learning activities.

• Previous experience in preschool or play school teaching is preferred.
