Teaching & Classroom Responsibilities

• Teach primary-level subjects according to the prescribed curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and classroom activities.

• Use interactive and child-centred teaching methods to make learning effective.

• Develop students' reading, writing, numeracy, and communication skills.

• Assess students' academic progress and provide individual support where required.

• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive learning habits.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and development.

Eligibility & Professional Skills

• Graduation with D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed., or B.Ed., as applicable under CBSE and NCTE recruitment norms.

• CTET or relevant TET qualification as applicable.

• Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills.

• Good communication and classroom management abilities.

• Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in primary education.

• Previous experience teaching Classes I to V will be preferred.
