KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain the school's social media accounts across relevant platforms.

• Create engaging posts, captions, reels, videos, and promotional content.

• Cover school events, celebrations, activities, achievements, and important announcements.

• Develop and implement a consistent social media content calendar.

• Capture and edit photographs and videos for digital promotions.

• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and online enquiries.

• Track social media performance and prepare regular engagement reports.

• Coordinate with school management and staff to collect updates and content.

• Maintain a professional and positive digital image of the institution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.

• Practical experience in social media management and digital content creation.

• Knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Skills in graphic design and video editing using relevant tools.

• Strong writing, communication, and creative abilities.

• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and audience engagement.

• Previous experience in school, education, or institutional social media management will be an advantage.
