ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach the assigned subject to students of Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum.

• Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, notes, and subject-specific study materials.

• Explain advanced concepts through interactive and application-based teaching methods.

• Prepare students for CBSE board examinations through regular revision and practice.

• Conduct periodic tests, evaluate answer scripts, and analyse student performance.

• Provide academic guidance and additional support to students where required.

• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and other academic documentation.

• Participate in departmental meetings, parent interactions, and school activities.

ELIGIBILITY & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

• Master's degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. qualification preferred, as applicable to CBSE recruitment norms.

• Strong command of the subject and senior secondary curriculum.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and effectively.

• Good assessment, mentoring, and student-guidance abilities.

• Previous PGT or senior secondary teaching experience will be an advantage.
