LEADERSHIP & ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategic direction for the school's academic, administrative, and co-curricular activities.

• Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, policies, and educational guidelines.

• Supervise teachers, coordinators, and administrative staff to maintain institutional standards.

• Monitor academic performance, classroom practices, and overall learning outcomes.

• Lead staff recruitment, professional development, training, and performance reviews.

• Maintain discipline, student safety, and a positive school environment.

• Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and school management.

• Oversee examinations, admissions, school events, and institutional planning.

• Ensure compliance with applicable educational regulations and CBSE requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject, preferably with B.Ed.

• Substantial teaching and school administration experience.

• Prior experience in a senior leadership position such as Principal, Vice Principal, or Academic Head will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, school operations, and educational policies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.

• Ability to inspire staff, guide students, and drive continuous academic improvement.
