AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Create a joyful, interactive, and child-friendly classroom environment.

• Introduce nursery students to basic concepts through play, stories, rhymes, and activities.

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning experiences that support early development.

• Develop children's language, communication, motor, and social skills.

• Encourage creativity through drawing, colouring, music, dance, and craft activities.

• Observe individual learning progress and maintain developmental records.

• Promote good habits, classroom discipline, hygiene, and social interaction.

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's progress.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• NTT, ECCE, Montessori, or equivalent recognised early childhood education qualification preferred.

• Graduate or higher secondary qualification as applicable to the institution's recruitment requirements.

• Understanding of preschool teaching methods and child development.

• Good communication and classroom management skills.

• Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic approach towards young children.

• Previous nursery or pre-primary teaching experience will be an advantage.
