Job Overview:
Francis Xavier School is looking for a creative, skilled, and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the school's digital presence across various social media platforms, enhancing brand awareness, engaging with parents and the community, and promoting school activities and achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain all official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.) of the school.
• Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, posters, short videos, reels, and written posts covering events, academic highlights, and student achievements.
• Plan, design, and implement social media strategies to increase audience engagement and enhance school visibility.
• Capture photos and video footage during school events, celebrations, sports meets, and daily campus activities.
• Write clear, professional, and captivating captions, event write-ups, and promotional notices.
• Monitor social media inquiries, comments, and messages, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Track and analyze social media metrics and performance reports to continuously improve digital engagement strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer (experience in educational institutions is a plus).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) and video editing applications.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Strong knowledge of current digital trends, social media algorithms, and content strategies.
