TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach primary-level subjects according to the prescribed curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, and assignments.

• Develop students' reading, writing, numeracy, and communication skills.

• Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to make learning engaging.

• Assess students' academic progress through classwork, homework, and periodic tests.

• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive learning habits.

• Provide individual attention and support to students who need additional guidance.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' performance and development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Graduation with D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed., or equivalent recognised teaching qualification preferred, as applicable to CBSE and NCTE norms.

• CTET or relevant TET qualification as applicable.

• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom teaching skills.

• Good communication and student-handling abilities.

• Patience, creativity, and a child-centred approach to education.

• Previous primary teaching experience will be an advantage.
