TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach specialised subjects for IIT-JEE and NEET preparation, as per expertise.

• Explain advanced concepts, numerical problems, and application-based topics.

• Prepare structured lesson plans, study materials, practice sheets, and assignments.

• Conduct regular tests, mock examinations, and performance assessments.

• Guide students in problem-solving techniques, time management, and exam strategies.

• Analyse student performance and provide individual academic support.

• Keep students updated with examination patterns, syllabus changes, and preparation requirements.

• Coordinate with the academic team to improve learning outcomes and entrance exam readiness.

ELIGIBILITY & EXPERTISE:

• Master's degree in the relevant subject preferred.

• Strong command over Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology, depending on the subject assigned.

• Previous experience in IIT-JEE or NEET coaching will be highly preferred.

• Excellent conceptual clarity and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective classroom communication and student mentoring skills.

• Ability to motivate students and work towards measurable academic outcomes.
