CURRICULUM DEVELOPER – ACADEMIC PLANNING & CONTENT DESIGN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and update curriculum plans in alignment with CBSE guidelines and learning objectives.

• Design subject-wise academic content, lesson plans, worksheets, and learning resources.

• Ensure appropriate syllabus coverage and progression across different classes.

• Collaborate with teachers and academic coordinators to identify curriculum requirements.

• Review textbooks, teaching materials, and assessment methods for quality and relevance.

• Incorporate activity-based, experiential, and competency-based learning approaches.

• Monitor curriculum implementation and recommend improvements where necessary.

• Support teachers with academic resources and curriculum-related guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject preferred.

• B.Ed. qualification and knowledge of the CBSE curriculum preferred.

• Experience in curriculum planning, academic content development, or teaching.

• Strong research, writing, analytical, and organisational skills.

• Understanding of modern teaching methodologies and learning assessment techniques.

• Ability to collaborate with educators and manage academic projects.
