PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER (PTI) – SPORTS & FITNESS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct physical education classes and regular sports activities for students.

• Plan fitness sessions, games, drills, and age-appropriate exercise programmes.

• Coach students in various indoor and outdoor sports.

• Prepare school teams for inter-school competitions and sports events.

• Organise annual sports days, tournaments, and physical fitness activities.

• Monitor students' physical development, participation, and performance.

• Maintain sports equipment and ensure safe use of playground facilities.

• Encourage teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and a healthy lifestyle.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Knowledge of sports rules, coaching techniques, and fitness training.

• Good communication, leadership, and student-management skills.

• Ability to motivate students and manage sports activities effectively.

• Previous experience as a Physical Education Teacher or PTI will be an advantage.

• Passion for sports, fitness, and student development.
