KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Principal in managing daily academic and administrative activities.

• Supervise teachers, academic departments, and classroom performance.

• Monitor curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and syllabus completion.

• Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic schedules.

• Guide teachers through training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.

• Monitor student performance and introduce improvement strategies.

• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management.

• Ensure effective implementation of CBSE academic guidelines and school policies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant subject.

• B.Ed. qualification preferred.

• Significant teaching and school administration experience.

• Previous experience in an academic leadership position will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

• Good understanding of CBSE curriculum and school management practices.

• Proficiency in academic planning, staff supervision, and administration.
