Technical Responsibilities

Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.

Ensure the smooth functioning of school computer labs and digital classrooms.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and connectivity issues.

Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.

Maintain printers, projectors, smart boards, and other IT equipment.

Manage data backups, system security, and access controls.

Provide technical assistance to teachers, administrative staff, and management.

Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and repairs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Practical knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Windows, software installation, and basic cybersecurity.

Ability to manage multiple technical requirements independently.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Previous IT administration experience, preferably in an educational institution, will be an advantage.
