What the Role Involves

Conduct Montessori-based activities for preschool and early-grade children.

Create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

Use play-based and hands-on learning methods to develop essential skills.

Support children's language, numeracy, motor, and social development.

Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and classroom materials.

Observe individual learning progress and maintain student records.

Communicate regularly with parents about children's development.

Encourage independence, curiosity, creativity, and positive behaviour.

Ideal Candidate

NTT, Montessori Teacher Training, ECCE, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Understanding of early childhood development and Montessori methods.

Warm, patient, and child-friendly approach.

Good classroom organisation and communication skills.

Creative ability to prepare learning activities and teaching resources.

Previous preschool or Montessori teaching experience preferred.
