Responsibilities of the Role

Supervise students and manage daily hostel routines.

Ensure discipline, safety, and proper conduct among residents.

Monitor attendance, room allocation, and hostel records.

Coordinate meals, cleanliness, maintenance, and other hostel facilities.

Address students' concerns and provide appropriate guidance.

Communicate with parents and school authorities when necessary.

Handle emergencies and ensure timely reporting of incidents.

Coordinate with support staff to maintain smooth hostel operations.
