Responsibilities

Identify students who require additional learning support.

Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).

Adapt teaching methods and learning materials to individual needs.

Provide one-to-one and small-group support.

Monitor student progress and maintain development records.

Coordinate with classroom teachers, parents, and school management.

Promote an inclusive, supportive, and accessible classroom environment.

Professional Requirements

Relevant qualification or recognised certification in Special Education.

Valid RCI registration, wherever applicable.

Understanding of diverse learning needs and inclusive teaching practices.

Patience, empathy, and effective communication skills.

Ability to prepare individual learning plans and assess student progress.

Previous experience in a school setting will be preferred.
