• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, staff orientation, and continuous professional development programs.
• Handle staff queries, grievance resolution, employee engagement activities, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Assist with HR compliance, statutory documentation, and payroll processing.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MBA HR / BBA / B.Com) or related field.
• Prior experience in HR operations or talent acquisition (experience in an educational institution is preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR management systems/software.
