About the Role
Ryan International School is looking for a creative and experienced Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and improve academic curriculum. The candidate will work closely with teachers and academic leadership to ensure high-quality, engaging, and CBSE-aligned learning experiences for students.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and teaching materials as per CBSE guidelines.
• Create age-appropriate learning content, worksheets, assessments, and activity modules.
• Review and update existing curriculum to keep it relevant and effective.
• Align teaching content with learning outcomes and competency-based education.
• Support teachers in implementing the curriculum effectively in classrooms.
• Research and integrate modern teaching methodologies, digital tools, and innovative practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Postgraduate degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or relevant subject.
• B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 guidelines.
• Experience in curriculum design or academic content development will be an advantage.
• Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills.
• Creativity and ability to design engaging learning materials.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
