About the Role
Bank Officers Public H.S. School is looking for a responsible and skilled Lab Assistant to support the science laboratories. The candidate will assist teachers during practical classes, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure a safe and organized lab environment for students.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist science teachers during practical classes in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology laboratories.
• Prepare and arrange apparatus, chemicals, and materials required for experiments.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the laboratories.
• Take care of laboratory equipment, instruments, and chemicals.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory, and records of lab materials.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals and apparatus.
• Help students during practical sessions under the guidance of teachers.
• Check and report any damaged or missing equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and support first-aid measures in case of lab accidents.
• Assist in setting up labs for examinations and inspections.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) preferred / Intermediate (Science) minimum.
• Prior experience as a Lab Assistant in a school will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Ability to handle apparatus and support practical experiments.
• Responsible, careful, and attentive to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and support teachers effectively.
