About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Teach the assigned subject(s) effectively using Cambridge teaching methodology and best practices.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote conceptual understanding and application-based learning.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance through regular tests, assignments, and continuous assessments.
• Maintain student records, progress reports, and academic documentation.
• Create a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom environment.
• Use digital tools and modern teaching aids to enhance learning.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school events.
• Support students in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and quality improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Postgraduate / Graduate degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Experience in Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE / Checkpoint) or international teaching methodology will be an advantage.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle students effectively and maintain classroom discipline.
• Passion for teaching and continuous professional development.
• Prior teaching experience in a reputed school preferred.
