Your Responsibilities

Create an interactive and child-friendly classroom environment.

Use Montessori teaching methods and activity-based learning.

Develop children's language, motor, social, and cognitive skills.

Prepare educational materials and hands-on learning activities.

Monitor individual progress and maintain student records.

Encourage curiosity, independence, and positive behaviour.

What We Expect

Montessori / NTT training or a relevant early childhood education qualification.

Understanding of child psychology and learning methods.

Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude.

Effective classroom management and communication skills.

Previous experience in preschool or Montessori teaching will be an added advantage.
