About the Role
St. Mary Convent Higher Secondary School is looking for a caring, patient, and trained Montessori Teacher to join its early childhood education team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding young children through the Montessori method of learning in a nurturing and child-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct Montessori-based learning activities for pre-primary children.
• Create a prepared environment that encourages independent learning and exploration.
• Teach practical life skills, sensorial activities, language, arithmetic, and cultural subjects using Montessori materials.
• Observe and record each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Guide children with patience, care, and individual attention.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s growth and activities.
• Prepare teaching aids and maintain Montessori materials properly.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and training sessions.
• Follow the school’s early childhood education guidelines and values.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Montessori Training Certificate / Diploma from a recognized institute.
• Graduation in any discipline.
• NTT / D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience as a Montessori or pre-primary teacher preferred.
• Loving, patient, and child-friendly personality.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Understanding of child psychology and Montessori philosophy.
• Creativity and ability to engage young children effectively.
