About the Role
H.R. International School is looking for a skilled and responsible IT Administrator to manage the school’s information technology systems, computer labs, network, and digital infrastructure. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all IT-related operations and provide technical support to staff and students.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the school’s computer systems, servers, network, and internet connectivity.
• Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain computer laboratories and ensure all systems are in working condition.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and data security.
• Take regular data backups and ensure data protection.
• Provide technical support to teachers and administrative staff.
• Oversee CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and new IT purchases.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures and safe internet usage in the school.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of all equipment.
• Support smart classrooms, projectors, and digital teaching tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, or equivalent.
• Diploma / Certification in Networking, Hardware, or System Administration preferred.
• Prior experience as an IT Administrator or System Administrator (preferably in a school) will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows/Linux systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible and proactive work attitude.
