About the Role
St. Paul’s Inter College is looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher (NTT) to join its early childhood education team. The candidate will be responsible for the overall development, care, and learning of nursery-level children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for nursery children.
• Teach basic concepts through play-way methods, rhymes, stories, and activities.
• Develop social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills in young children.
• Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Maintain daily attendance, progress records, and observation notes of children.
• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and activity materials.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and behavior.
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times.
• Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and parent meetings.
• Follow the school’s early childhood curriculum and guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• NTT / Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training / D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. (preferred).
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Prior experience in teaching nursery or pre-primary classes will be an advantage.
• Loving, patient, and child-friendly personality.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Creativity and ability to engage young children effectively.
• Basic knowledge of early childhood education methods.
• Ability to handle children with care and responsibility.
