The Head of School will report directly to the Trustee / Managing Director / Director and will be accountable for the overall academic performance, administration, staff management, student welfare, parent satisfaction and operational efficiency of the assigned school branch.The Head of School (HOS) is responsible for the overall leadership, management and development of the school. The role involves ensuring academic excellence, effective administration, staff management, student discipline, parent satisfaction and compliance with CBSE/ICSE guidelines and school policies.
The HOS will act as the key link between the School Management, teachers, students, parents and administrative teams to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the branch.
