Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive, engaging, and in-depth lessons to senior secondary students (Classes 11 & 12) aligned with CBSE standards.
• Prepare students rigorously for CBSE Board Examinations through structured lesson plans, test series, and continuous assessment.
• Conduct regular practicals, project work, and lab sessions as required by the subject curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, maintaining detailed performance metrics and providing constructive feedback.
• Provide guidance, academic mentoring, and counseling to help students navigate senior secondary challenges and career options.
• Collaborate with department colleagues to enrich curriculum content and implement innovative teaching practices.
• Participate actively in school meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and co-curricular events.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Master's Degree (Post Graduation) in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory.
• Proven teaching experience as a PGT handling senior secondary classes (11 & 12) in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Deep domain knowledge of the CBSE syllabus, examination pattern, and evaluation criteria.
• Exceptional classroom management, communication, and analytical skills.
