Nalanda Academy is seeking a creative, knowledgeable, and experienced Curriculum Developer to strengthen its academic framework in Deoghar, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of educational standards, curriculum planning, instructional design, and student-centred learning approaches.
• Design, develop, and revise curriculum plans in alignment with CBSE guidelines and academic objectives.
• Prepare subject-wise syllabi, learning outcomes, teaching plans, and instructional resources.
• Ensure curriculum content is age-appropriate, structured, engaging, and aligned with students' learning levels.
• Collaborate with teachers, subject coordinators, and academic leadership to identify curriculum requirements.
• Develop worksheets, lesson materials, projects, assignments, and assessment frameworks.
• Review existing academic content and recommend improvements to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
• Incorporate activity-based, experiential, and competency-based learning strategies into curriculum design.
• Monitor curriculum implementation and collect feedback from teachers to evaluate effectiveness.
• Stay updated with changes in educational policies, CBSE curriculum frameworks, and modern teaching methodologies.
• Support teachers through academic guidance, curriculum orientation, and training sessions.
• Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
• B.Ed. qualification from a recognized institution will be preferred.
• Relevant experience in curriculum development, academic planning, or educational content design.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, learning objectives, and assessment practices.
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop structured educational content and instructional materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools used for curriculum planning.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
