Academic Coordinator

Swami Vivekanand Senior Secondary School is looking for an organized, proactive, and experienced Academic Coordinator to strengthen its academic operations in Palwal, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and leadership abilities, along with a clear understanding of curriculum planning, teacher support, and academic monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic planning and ensure the effective implementation of the prescribed curriculum.

• Monitor lesson plans, teaching schedules, classroom activities, and syllabus completion.

• Work closely with teachers and department heads to maintain consistent teaching standards.

• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching effectiveness.

• Coordinate examinations, assessments, academic calendars, and result analysis.

• Track students' academic performance and identify areas requiring additional support.

• Organize teacher meetings, academic reviews, workshops, and professional development activities.

• Maintain academic records, reports, timetables, and other relevant documentation.

• Communicate with parents, teachers, and school management regarding academic matters.

• Support the Principal in implementing academic policies and improving overall school performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject.

• B.Ed. qualification from a recognized institution will be preferred.

• Previous experience in academic coordination, teaching, or school administration.

• Good understanding of the CBSE curriculum, assessment methods, and academic planning.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and academic documentation.

• Ability to guide teachers, manage multiple responsibilities, and work collaboratively.
