Leadership & Administrative Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the overall functioning and development of the school.

• Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, teaching standards, and student performance.

• Supervise and guide teachers, coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure effective school operations.

• Monitor classroom teaching, lesson planning, assessments, and academic progress.

• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, education policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Maintain school discipline and promote a safe, inclusive, and student-centred environment.

• Coordinate with parents, school management, staff, and other stakeholders.

• Plan staff development programmes, training sessions, meetings, and school activities.

• Manage institutional resources, administrative records, and academic documentation.

• Introduce initiatives to improve educational quality and the overall school environment.

Qualifications & Professional Competencies

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant academic discipline.

• B.Ed. qualification from a recognized institution.

• Relevant experience in school leadership, academic administration, or senior teaching positions.

• Sound understanding of the CBSE curriculum, school administration, and educational policies.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent staff management and organizational skills.

• Ability to build a collaborative academic culture and maintain professional relationships with parents and staff.
