Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in managing the school's academic and administrative operations.

• Supervise teaching practices and ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.

• Monitor lesson planning, classroom activities, assessments, and students' academic progress.

• Guide, mentor, and support teachers in improving instructional quality and classroom management.

• Coordinate examinations, academic schedules, staff meetings, and other school activities.

• Maintain discipline and promote a safe, positive, and student-focused learning environment.

• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, students, and school management.

• Support the implementation of CBSE guidelines, school policies, and institutional objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant academic discipline; B.Ed. is preferred.

• Relevant experience in school teaching, academic coordination, or educational administration.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.

• Good understanding of CBSE curriculum, academic planning, and assessment practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
