Hostel Warden

The Ummed School is inviting applications from responsible and experienced Hostel Wardens to supervise and manage its student residential facilities in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities, discipline and overall well-being of hostel students.

• Ensure a safe, secure and hygienic residential environment.

• Monitor students' daily routines, including study hours, meals, rest and recreational activities.

• Maintain hostel attendance, student records and daily reports.

• Coordinate with teachers, parents and school management regarding students' needs and concerns.

• Handle student discipline issues and provide appropriate guidance and support.

• Oversee hostel housekeeping, maintenance and basic facilities.

• Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure proper student supervision.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.

• Previous experience in hostel administration, student supervision or residential school management is preferred.

• Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage students, maintain discipline and handle responsibilities effectively.

• Patience, responsibility and a caring attitude towards children.

• Willingness to work in a residential school environment.
