Lab Assistant – Nalanda International School

Nalanda International School (CBSE), Sonipat, is seeking a responsible and technically skilled Lab Assistant to support practical learning and ensure the smooth functioning of school laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in conducting science and other laboratory practicals.

• Prepare laboratory equipment, materials, and experiments before practical sessions.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the laboratory.

• Handle, organise, and maintain laboratory apparatus and chemicals.

• Keep records of laboratory stock, equipment, and consumable materials.

• Ensure proper storage and safe handling of laboratory resources.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or diploma qualification in Science or a relevant field.

• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and practical procedures.

• Previous experience in a school laboratory is preferred.

• Understanding of laboratory safety rules and precautions.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
