Special Educator – Victoria Girls Sr. Sec. School

Victoria Girls Sr. Sec. School (CBSE), North Delhi, is looking for a qualified, patient, and compassionate Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and help them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify students' individual learning needs and provide appropriate educational support.

• Develop Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) according to students' abilities and requirements.

• Adapt teaching methods and learning materials to support different learning styles.

• Help students improve communication, social, behavioural, and academic skills.

• Monitor student progress and maintain assessment records.

• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management regarding student development.

• Create an inclusive, supportive, and encouraging classroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant degree or diploma in Special Education from a recognised institution.

• Valid RCI registration, wherever applicable.

• Knowledge of inclusive education practices and special teaching strategies.

• Previous experience working with children with special needs is preferred.

• Patience, empathy, communication skills, and classroom management abilities.
