Spectrum Life School (CBSE), Namakkal, is looking for a capable and experienced Academic Coordinator to manage academic planning, support teachers, and maintain effective teaching and learning standards across the school.

Key Responsibilities

The Academic Coordinator will oversee curriculum implementation, monitor lesson plans, and ensure timely syllabus completion. The role includes guiding teachers, reviewing classroom performance, coordinating examinations, analysing student results, and organising academic meetings. The candidate will also maintain academic records and work closely with the Principal, teachers, and parents to improve overall academic performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates should have a postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant subject, with B.Ed. preferred. Previous teaching or academic coordination experience is desirable. Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, along with good knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, are essential.
