Key Responsibilities

• Teach young children using Montessori methods and practical learning activities.

• Plan age-appropriate lessons involving numbers, language, shapes, colours, and basic concepts.

• Organise storytelling, rhymes, sensory activities, and hands-on learning exercises.

• Develop children's communication, social, motor, and problem-solving skills.

• Maintain a safe, organised, and child-friendly classroom.

• Observe children's progress and communicate their development to parents.

Qualifications & Skills

• NTT, Montessori, ECCE, or a relevant early childhood education qualification.

• Previous experience in Montessori or pre-primary teaching is preferred.

• Good communication and classroom management skills.

• Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.

• Ability to create an interactive and supportive learning environment.
